I feel uncreative. I have no clever ideas or projects underway. Feeling uncreative is unsettling, depressing, and, well, boring.
I feel very vanilla today.

I would venture to say that your "uncreative" is more creative than most of our "creative"s. And don't worry, it's probably hormonal or something like that. Not that that makes it feel any better, but at least it gives you something to blame it on, hm? :D
